No Refund Policy

Babionstore does not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided only for wrong or defective products.

A clear, continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) is mandatory to claim a replacement.

Electronic products are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Timeframe

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
